How it works:

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) block helps solve two tasks simultaneously: answer typical customer questions and provide search engines with structured content.
Editing a category with FAQ:
Unique category FAQs: Add specific questions and answers directly to the required category.
Centralized FAQ templates: Create common blocks (for example, “Shipping Terms”, “Payment Methods”, “Warranty and Returns”) and link them to category groups. Updating text in a single template automatically updates it across all linked categories.
Quick copying (Copy Template to Category): An FAQ template can be copied to a category’s structure in a single click. This creates independent copies of questions and answers for all active store languages, which can then be edited separately.
New Feature – Structured Data Enhancement (Schema.org / JSON-LD): The built-in FAQ builder automates the output of structured data. Valid FAQPage markup (Schema.org) is generated automatically, helping search engines better understand page content and enabling consumption by modern search engines and AI search. Structured data helps modern search engines and AI search engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and others) accurately interpret page context.
